Welcome to Tasteology! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website, tasteology.us (the “Website”), and all related services offered by Tasteology (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Tasteology provides food product development services, including recipe development, flavor optimization, and food formulation, to businesses and individuals in the food industry (the “Services”).   • Ownership: All content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Tasteology or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
  • License: Tasteology grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

TASTEOLOGY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of tasteology.us, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Tasteology and you for any purpose concerning these Terms or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in tasteology.us.
