With a Certificate in Food Science from Harvard University and a Certificate in the Science of Gastronomy from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, coupled with a degree in Hospitality Management from Metro College of Technology in Sydney, Charbel has cultivated a rich global perspective, having worked across 35 countries. His leadership at Tasteology reflects a commitment to creating unique consumer packaged goods (CPG) products and offering top-tier culinary consultancy services to restaurants and hotels worldwide.

Daniel is a retiree that brings a wealth of knowledge to our team, with a Master’s degree in Food Chemistry from the University of Giessen. With a Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and postdoctoral training at Wageningen University, Abbey combines exceptional academic credentials with extensive practical expertise. With over a decade of experience in food science research and education, Abbey has mastered the art of product innovation, ingredient functionality, and food processing techniques. A graduate from AUB (American University of Beirut) with a degree in Food Science and Management, Amal combines strong academic foundations in food formulation and management practices with real-world experience. As a food safety specialist, she has honed her skills in maintaining stringent quality standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Her hands-on experience includes training teams, fostering collaboration, and addressing unique client needs with innovative solutions. Amal's proficiency in project management further enables her to streamline operations, manage tasks effectively, and achieve impactful results. Introducing Danah C, an accomplished Food scientist with a specialization in food safety and quality control. With a robust academic foundation, including a master’s in food technology from the Lebanese International University, Danah has refined her skills in identifying and mitigating food safety Hazards. She has succesfully implemented comprehensive food safety programs, conducted meticulous inspections, and led targeted staff training sessions to ensure compliance and elevate food safety standards, not to mention her creativity in creating in creating Food-CPG. Her unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and her ability to collaborate effectively across departments distinguish her in the field. Danah will oversee our operations in the Middle East, Headquartered in our Beirut, Lebanon Office.
